This is my second Harley, the first was an 78 FLH that I made the mistake of selling a few years ago...This one is a 2006 Road Glide FLTRI with 20K miles on it, immaculately taken care of and sitting in a garage most it's life! What a difference since 78, power, smoothness and it does not mark it's territory with an oil spot!

Congrats on a beautiful bike. I am sure she will give you years of enjoyment.

Nice....My favorite and the sleeper in the Bagger Lineup...Less expensive than the Classic and Ultra Classic and the Fairing is Frame mounted so you don't have to muscle it around on the handlebars
and especially nice to not have to fight the fairing in windy conditions....20K is nothing that's brand new... I have an '03 100th anniversary with 97K with original final drive belt (but that is about to be replaced this weekend).
Remember to keep the Shiny side up and avoid prolonged sideward flight!!!!

Thanks guys!
You nailed it Busto, the widow I bought this from had a 2010 Ultra Classic limited for sale too, it was/is very nice but I chose the Road Glide for the reasons you posted and the Limited was just to blingy for my tastes.

Congrats on your beautiful new bike! Nothing compares to the freedom of riding.

Good lookin" bike, Congrats! Looks like its got enough storage space for a nice Busse collection too!

Thanks Lora, roenman and Grandsuave!
It could definitely haul some infi! I have a dual sport DRZ-400 that will be used mainly for dirt now, it was not very comfortable for the long road trips. Nothing better than being in the wind!

Thanks guys!

Sweet deal....I'm not too much for the blingy either unless its Satin INFI....DOH.....I like to ride not clean and polish......Easy Wash Minimal Polish thats the ticket....

I'll have to put the Blue Ridge Parkway on the old bucket list! What is all that green stuff?

This is what I'm use to.

That is called Immigrants Pass on the Old Spanish Trail, right on the outskirts of Death Valley. It's on the way to my favorite hot springs in Tecopa Ca. I probably go soak in them at least once a month, a little less in the summer, way too hot!
