Just pulled the trigger on 112 s35vn hope that is good blade anybody have an opinion on this blade? is it as good as s30v?

With a higher % Mo it will offer better toughness than s30v and better edge retention than 440c. Just looking at it's elements, it's attractive. DM

Not a lot of Buck's employees moved with the company from San Diego. Of that bunch that did many have since retired. I think they made the
move in 2004 or 2005. This Joe you mention came from there and he could be Joe Houser. DM

Looking around the flea bay, this 112 is made by Joe and includes a certificate signed by him.... nice

the sambar stag was found in old inventory---how old of new old stock it is I could not tell you---maybe do a chat on the website tomorrow and they can tell you more info....
