you can keep the one you have. maybe pass it on to someone else in need of a sheath. i didn't put j hooks in the package so you might want to hang on to those. i dont have your address anymore like i said i delet them after i send the package so no one else gets them.

Thanks for all the kudos guys it keeps me working to get better.

you let me know what you want to see in it and i will custom make to your specs. you have one of my sheaths so you can let me know weather you want a tighter lock higher handle cover etc. like mike wanted the sheath to cover more of the handle and have a loser lock.

I like the lock up, but I agree on it coverin more of the handle...

All in all the one I have from you is great. Slim, and carries really well. The IWB clips are ingenious, and work really well. I bet the Gunny would carry really well IWB. Its a great size for neck carry too...

Do you have pics of the Gunny ones youve done...Sorry if you have posted em, I must have missed em. :o

heres pics of the last gunny i gave away it is all in one necker, IWB. and tek-lok i can raise the hand gaurd up higher when your ready to get one. it is the secound one down.

oh yeah i forgot to tell you the tek-lok wholes on yours are at the bottom made it to ride high so a shirt would cover it outside the pants. i told you when i sent it it was a experement but forgot to tell you that it was a high ride for tek-lok

Sorry for the delay. My Eastr77 kydex sheath arrived on the 9th. I had to leave for a business trip on the 10th and just got home yesterday. I didn't have time to do much more than put the new pants on the Bravo 1 and put it back in storage.

Got it out yesterday with some other toys that arrived while I was away and gave it a good looking over.

What first caught my eye was how well the seam is fused together (for lack of a better term). The edge where the two sides meet is melted into a smooth, rounded edge. No gaps whatsoever.

Second, the fit is tight and rattle free. I requested two rivets at the bottom so it can be hung handle down and stay vertical. Not that I plan on carrying it as a necker. Just as an option.

Last is the one thing I would change on the sheath. It might just be me but, I'd like to see a slight outward flare at the opening where the thunb ramp exits the sheath.

Not that this doesn't work. When I draw the knife from the sheath, I place my thumb at the ramp and apply some pressure to help break the kydex's tight grip. I'd like to see the kydex come up a bit higher and have a slight outward flare to give a little more surface area to the thumb.

Take a look at the sheath on the right in the first pic of the OP where the sheath covers the thunb ramp. If that was flared out to give a little more surface area for pressing on the sheath while drawing, it'd be perfect.

For now, I'll give it a 9 out of 10.

I hope to get outdoors this weekend and actually carry it IWB in its intended environment (not just around the house).

More to come later.

Thanks again Eastr77!
