Got this email from CS a while ago

Funky handle? -not really, the massive pivot housing area is what gives the knife a good deal of strength in that it allows the base / pivot area of the blade to be relatively huge . This is a brilliant design made better as far as I am concerned.
 
Love the mods! If CS can produce something like this without doubling the price i think they will have a real winner! Would be nice if the handle was slimed down a bit ....
