gotta love those bites

A balisong is like a lover on Internet.

She talks love by bite.

Sometimes hurts, it tastes bitter.

Have fun, think of hou much you can learn for some drips of blood!

I'd rather be superstious(sp) then dead.

And besides, cutting yourself on porpos(sp again, just got back from the dentist) is a lot more fun then getting cut when you least expect it.

Ouch! Back of the knee? Geez...you need to be more careful. If you were sitting down, you should always make sure you've got pillows around you & on top of the legs.

Yes,I've met some hungry blades in my time.Even a few Bokken have managed to bite me (gotta hate splinters). My rapier, which has no edge (just a point) has even managed to find a way to bite.
It just goes to show that *any* blade, sharp or not..and even wooden ones, want to draw blood. But at least most of them just want to have a connection with their owner.

I'm not superstitious either...just cautious when necessary.

while working as a prep cook, line cook, catering assistant and a host of other jobs Ive learned one thing. SHARPEN YOUR OWN KNIFE! There was a girl I worked with who was afraid to use a sharpening steel so I did it for her and it was WAY too sharp for her. she damn near amputated the tip of her index finger. Of course she didnt have her fingertips tucked under when dicing but, I still felt bad whether she used poor technique or not. Knives bite and some of the worst in a kitchen are paring knives, bread knives and chinese mandolins
