Gov-Tac question

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any feedback + or - on the SOG Gov-Tac? I am considering getting one. Is it a full tang knife?

IMO its a great knife.

I got one for my brother awhile back and he loves it, very comfy in the hand.

It is not full tang, I believe it is a rat tail tang.

The Gov-Tac has a full length hidden stick tang like the standard Kabars, Desert Dagger and the like. Sure it's not as strong as the full tang on my Tigershark but it's never let me down.

I don't own a Gov-Tac, but have handled it and used to own a Government which it's based off of. They sure are nice feeling and well balenced knives. Designed as a General purpose utility knife. Used to pair my Government with a Khukri and folder and was good to go!
