No Surprise to me since I have read so many good things coming out of GP Knives. First time I have ever bought a knife and items from them. I had a hiccup with email confirmation and all. Not often we purchase an item and receive no confirmation at all for (2) Days. So I gave them a ring. Very Courteous folks who when above what was necessary to help me feel comfortable. And then called me back... for confirmation of the solution. The kind of service we all expect but sometimes not delivered... Hats Off to them and their service team...
