A while ago, one of my favorite knives, a Victorinox Pioneer, wore out.
So I bought another from GPKnives.com.
When I received it (a day before the estimated delivery:)) I noticed some issues.
The blade was extremely gritty and was hitting the screwdriver.
So I called back an spoke to a woman named Jamie.
She was quick, super nice, and knew knife terms like "half stop".
She inspected the one she had for the same issues, and didn't find me crazy to be asking her about them.
She gave me instructions on return shipping, and said id see te new one in about a week.
I highly reccomended these folks and will be a return customer.

I live in their area and have a number of times visited and mail ordered as well. They are top shelf. :thumbup:

I've bought from GPK at least 7-10 times, and every transaction has been super smooth. The emails I sent were answered within a day or 2, and they have really good service over the phone. I highly recommend them.
 
Yeah, I've purchased from them a few times as well; I'd do so again with great confidence!
 
another fan here.ive ordered around 7 knives from GP. And im always putting something in the memo box with my few concerns/dislikes and if ever there were the slightest doubt in their minds they would call me and we would review things. awesome.

and its easy to navigate.
