Our GPKnives Exclusive Microtech Aluminum Socom Delta are beginning to trickle out of the factory. This Socom Delta features a black anodized aluminum handle, titanium lockbar with removeable steel insert and either black standard or satin standard blades. Pre-orders for these versions are now live! Our first (very small) batch of 18 is expected to arrive this week. We're anticipating high demand and short supply so get your pre-order in now if you want to secure yours.
 
We won't truly know until they arrive at the store, but we are anticipating them tomorrow. We will let you know as soon as we find out.

Looks like these were caught up in the snow storm that passed through the midwest. With any luck we'll see them today, sorry for the delay.
 
So far, black standard blades are S35VN while satin standard blades are CPM-D2. A lone CPM-D2 black standard variation also arrived. We expect blade steel to vary from shipment to shipment. A new post with pics coming soon!
 
Thanks for all the feedback, you wouldn't happen to know the number of different steel types these come in or will it just be between S35VN and D2?

Pretty much this. They have been running primarily D2 and S35VN for the last few months, but we have seen the Delta produced with Carpenter steel in the past as well.
