I wanted to post this to make other members aware of how great the customer service is at GPKnives. I recently ordered a couple of knives from them and requested usps priority mail for delivery. They processed and shipped the order lightning quick. I tracked the package for a few days online and was very excited the day I saw "delivered" come up on the screen. When I got home, however, there was no package to be found. To make a long story short, it seems that someone with access to the secure door for my apartment building decided to steal my freshly ordered knives from right in front of my apartment door. After speaking with several members of my local post office including our particular carrier (who gave a detailed description of the package and her placement of it at my door), I filed a claim with the postal inspector as well as a police report. The next day I contacted GPKnives to let them know what had occurred and to ask what could be done. They immediately offered to replace the knives at no cost to me and worked with me for alternate shipping arrangements to help ensure I recieve them this time. The new package is en route now and scheduled to be in my hands sometime tomorrow. I am so greatly appreciative to find this level of courtesy and quality customer service still exists. GPKnives has gone above and beyond for me. I hope some of you give them a try the next time you are in the market for a blade.
