Graduating tonight: Which knife do i carry?

Do we really need to figure this out for you? Congratulations, but I think it's a bit of a lame post. Should we pick your outfit as well?
 
My jeans have five pockets. Five pockets, five knives. Coincidence? I think not! Seriously, I'd carry the 'Zan, if I was going to limit myself to one.

I agree with the Tilt. We're looking for something cool, and that's definitely the top one in your choices.

I bought myself an A. G. Russell Gent's Linerlock with blue Titanium bolsters and Quince handles for when I graduated in '97. Still have and carry that knife, and it's still a favorite. It was my first knife purchase over $100.

Y'see, my wife and I have a slightly different approach.

I don't have to ask "which knife do I carry" when I start a new job, because a new job is celebrated with a new knife.

Graduating? Awesome! Time to celebrate with a new knife.

I would hoof it on down the local knife shoppe and pick out something new.

What kind? Well, you are, after all, entering adulthood and all that.

I'm kind of a "real men carry slipjoints" guy. I'd be shopping at the Case counter.

But that's just me.

I could be wrong.

Trust me, I've bought more than enough new knives already this year haha. And I still have to go pick out a knife for my soon to be Nephew. The Tilt is practically NIB so it'll have to do for the "new knife" option haha. I know I must be crazy for denying an opportunity to buy a new knife, but the wallet can't really handle any large purchases for now.

I'm playing devil's advocate and saying don't carry anything. My graduation was a big enough affair that we got screened through metal detectors. I'm also 12 hours late in responding to this, so I hope everything went well.
 
So what did you carry? I had picked out the Tilt to accompany you for this BIG step in life! My most sincere congratulations to you for this accomplishment.:thumbup::)
