Grail kitchen knife: Shigefusa Kurochi Santoku

For your consideration is lightly used Shigefusa santoku. If you are looking at this ad, you likely already know how rare and desirable Shigefusa knives are. This one includes a generic but well fitting saya and the original box.

This knife was lightly in my home kitchen and has a few scratches and patina. Additionally, about 1mm of the tip chipped off in transit to me when I purchased the knife and I had it professionally re-profiled. It does not affect performance at all.
