I have the following knives for sale.

Prices include shipping – See more on shipping below.

Price reductions added.

1) Swamp Rat - Desert Jack - SR101 - Differentially heat treated! - :( - VERY Sad to let this go. One of the Sexiest Busse and Kin knives IMO and one of my grail knives. But, I need cash bad.
This knife has never been used or carried. It has never been sharpened and not reground in any way, but it has been carefully stripped with chemical stripper. After stripping, the blade was carefully rubbed with fine steel wool for quite a while to remove the carbon/gray layer, then rubbed with extra fine steel wool and Flitz. This brought out a bit more luster and really nice color (IMO) to the finish and a bit of shine on the corners. The micarta has been dyed with a burgundy/brown wax polish and the whole knife coated and finished with Ren-Wax. I added a lanyard years ago. The temper line is VERY distinct and visible, but VERY hard to get pictures of. It is best seen when reflected in the light, but that ruins the pictures. So, the only decent picture I could get of the temper line isn't a good picture and does NOT come close to doing the temper line justice. The flats of the blade have Busse and kin dimples, but these are by far the nicest looking Busse and kin dimples I have seen and NO zig-zag test marks on the flats. The dimples are perfectly uniform - like a fine orange-peel or heavy bead blast. Once I stripped it, I thought the flats were way too nice on this knife to sand any more. There are some rough sand marks at the spine and belly. I tried to show in pics. However, they all look very nice IMO as well. They are all uniform except right at the top of the thumb ramp transition. At that point, they change direction. Along the spine of the blade and handle, the marks are long/semi-lengthwise diagonal marks. At the belly, the are perfectly linear. At the choil, they are perfectly perpendicular. Anyway, GORGEOUS knife and VERY RARE and hard to come by. This one is probably much more unique than most (???) - being stripped with perfect dimples and otherwise mint. SOLD - PAID - SHIIPPED

2) Scrap Yard - Dumpster Mutt CG - Satin finished and Customized - This is the THICK .270" thick CG, but I have stripped it, satin finished the blade, convexed the edge (hair popping sharp with ), enlarged the choil with comfortable beveled radiusing, bevel along full length of spine, pretty awesome and symetrical penetrator tip (refined) and slightly enlarged the Res-C handle to fit my hand better. All of the Res-C modifications were done at the index finger area and forward guard area. IMO, it is quite comfortable in hand now. This knife was lightly used prior to modifications, but never carried. I consider this knife finished well beyond factory CG finish, but that is my opinion. - SOLD - PAID - SHIPPED

I mentioned "INFI Dimples".... Sorry. That is what I am used to calling those dimples as I have stripped many Busse INFI knives.

I changed the wording to "Busse and Kin Dimples" as those dimples are found under CG coated blades from all branches - Busse, Swamp Rat and Scrap Yard. - Most are pretty ugly with zig-zag test marks all over the dimples as well. This Desert Jack is unique and quite nice NOT having such zig-zag marks.
