grails

My grail knives I'd like to own are a Andrew Jordan black scout in Templar steel, also a Ben tendick ronin wakizashi . For a folder it have to be a borka stitch.

My Grails were this Imperial H6 fixed blade ( now slightly modded )

A Buck 110 before that

And lastly the Buck 119 which I can now own because Buck told me I can send them the new unused leather sheath in return for a left handed one, I'm just waiting for some extra knife funds.

These 3 are ones that haven't changed since I was a kid, but other knives I fall in love with are changing all the time.

Anything more expensive than what I carry now, I most likely wouldn't use. A knife is a tool, and a tool that isn't used is essentially worthless. Art knives are cool to look at in magazines but I don't see myself actually owning one.

After a couple Hinderer designed ZT's I wanted to check out the real thing. So I guess the xm18 was a grail knife, though I don't think it fits the category.

I don't care for ornate knives or any knife I'm not going to use. Some of these customs are nice but yeah, got to carry and use mine. My Grails are ones I use.

I think it does, 400 for a pocket knife that a typical 40 dollar knife would do just fine! Id consider that luxury. I just recently got a xm18 3" and love it! It's probably my grail

Who said anything about art knives? We are talking about grail knives. Those are not the same thing. Art knives, safe queens, and grails all have different connotations. It is completely acceptable to call the XM18 a grail.

My grail would be GTC Airborne. Insanely out of my price range, but awesome design.
