I have the model you described, which works as well as their modern axes. I also have the two-lugged axe, the four-lugged, the Viking battle axe, the large bearded axe, the large gutter adze, and perhaps one other I can't recall.
I'm looking for a redwood log to hollow out for a planter box, using the curved adze.
I originally planned to mount the Viking axe over my fireplace, crossed with a nice damascus Viking sword I have (my family name is Danish). However, a couple platonic lady friends said that would be a bad choice for a single guy. Instead, I went with a dramatic art photo of a rainbow over some of the Utah landscape. The battle axe sits in a closet. If I'm married some day and have a house with a den, perhaps I can display it there.
They are all very nicely made.
