Up for sale is a very nice GB Wildlife Hatchet. Very sharp convex edge, handle had a very superficial piece of raised grain (not a through-crack) that I glued with 5-ton knife handle epoxy. Handle was then totally refinished in turpentine/tung oil/japan drier mix with multiple coats and head soaked for days. Looks much better in person, sun is washing out the pic a bit.
Leather cover has a small crack as pictured---not all the way through. Cover has been preserved with Obenauf's LP.
Way too nice for me to keep in the truck for limbing/deer processing.
Asking $85 delivered to the lower 48 firm. NOT interested in any trades.
