Very interesting, thank you for sharing! We have a vineyard at home, well, where I live almost everyone does. The harvest is going to be in two or three weeks from now and this year looks a lot better than last or the one before when we had big trouble with frost.

I've never seen knives like that though. Around here most everyone uses scissors to cut off the grapes.

I have some of the grape shears, too, but the knife is a lot faster and easier.
