Hey BF community,

Despite being an outlier by only owning one knife for a few years now, I've enjoyed this forum and learned a lot over the years. A couple weeks ago I reached out to this community asking for a favor. To my very appreciative surprise, I had two members willing to help me out-- D Danke42 and C cccanada . Ultimately D Danke42 put time and effort into helping me, a complete stranger, out when there was nothing in it for him. I am very thankful for his kindness, and in response, I want to pay it forward to the BF community with a giveaway of a Leatherman Wingman. Rules are simple: 1. Have at least 20 posts 2. Be located in the U.S. or Canada and 3. Post up an experience you've had when a kind stranger helped you out. I'll randomly draw a winner on Feb. 16th.

Entry! Would love a Leatherman, never have owned one and my Chinese multitool is half-broken. Last kind stranger I met was a little old Hispanic lady, helped my fiance with some quarters in the Laundromat when we were short. Am a firm believer of paying it forward, as well :)

I'm in, thanks for the generous giveaway!

I had a stranger stop and give me and my friend a ride to the next exit when I ran out of gas one time. This was before the age of cell phones, so we would have had to walk a few miles to reach a pay phone.

If I win, please ship it to D Danke42 .

Last Month: an old Pistol shooting buddy went through my old target Pistol; and completely rebuilt it for me. He knew my eyesight made it too tough of a job for me, and he did it for no money.

You're a funny guy. But he does have my address!

Ok; one time kind stranger did something for me they started a cool GAW and mentioned me and another kind stranger entered my name! Pretty sweet.
