Grayman Dua lock sticking

The lock on my Dua sticks pretty bad and is annoying. I really like the knife (and have a Satu to compare it to, and the Satu lock is about as perfect as it gets for me) and wanted to see if there was something I can do about it.

I've read about using marker and pencil lead to coat the face, but it seems like a temporary solution. Would having the lock face carbidized fix this issue?

Thanks.

yeah the pencil or marker will only temporarily fix the problem. It should either wear in or yeah you should be able to get it carbidized to help.

Carbidizing could fix it, but it seems difficult to find someone who will do it. Also, you have to be careful because the super hard carbides could cause lock slip or mess with lockup since the lockbar is now longer
