Just wanted to post what a pleasure Grayman is to deal with. Great communication, friendly and courteous, and always good customer service. I ordered a Ti-Ti Dua from them last week. Sue explained it would be shipped last Friday, and it arrived today, properly packaged and in great condition. They are literally a mom-and-pop operation too. And they make a great knife (my only experience is with the Dua, this is my second).



 
+1 for grayman knives. they are good people. they donated a suenami 7 for my buddys fundraiser. did your knife come with a v edge or convex?

This one came with a V edge, a Dua I bought last year (coated blade, green G10 scale) came with a convex edge. This one is buttery smooth, I really like it, will probably be my EDC for quite a while.
 
i see they did away with the ugly v edge that they were putting on their knives. they were sharp but took away from the knife.
 
Really interested in Grayman knives. Thanks for the feedback, I like to support individual makers and small companies that make quality products.
 
striderco has a lot of grayman knives and he loves them. from what he has told me about them and from what i have seen, they are well worth checking out.
 
+1. I have had stellar dealings with Graymans' every time. During my last Dua tuneup, Sue included a T-shirt as well! They respond well, and the knives are built to last.
 
Agreed, i emailed her yesterday and put my name on the list for a carbon fiber Dua, she quickly responded it should be a couple of months. Apparently there are a few CF Satu's available, but I haven't decided to try one yet. It looks like a beast of a knife.
 
i have had my grayman dua carbon fiber in my pocket for quite some time.
i sold off most of my other knives once i got this one....

Grayman is such a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service, quick response to emails, and truly a mom-and-pop type operation which I love. Their shipping was very fast also!
