The latest of my GBBs-

This is a shorter bladed bushcraft design, with a semi-guard formed by the dropped edge ricasso. For a lot of utilitarian reasons, I prefer a long section of well squared off straight spine as a tool, so on this design I have achieved that and a dropped tip placement by making most of the spine onto a long straight clip. (With a bit of downturn at the very end for a strong drilling tip and to save the sheaths a bit.)

I usual, a well rounded handle with the primary goal being universal ergonomics. The blade is fairly broad and can be pinch gripped easily.

Overall length on this one is 8 3/4 inches, with a 4 3/8 inch blade. Steel is 1084, fully quenched and tempered with a differential quench along the spine. Blade flats are smoothed forge finish hnd rubbed to 600 grit. Blade grind is scandivex, easy to keep up with a hard backed strop.

Handle is olive drab micarta with stainless pins and tubing.

Sheath is Koyote Girl made, mini-explorer model with adjustable and reversible belt hanger. As always, harness stitched by hand, with double seams along the welt

Asking $180, SOLD

Serial number is 512

thanks for looking, and Happy Holidays!

That's the sweetness for sure! Had mine out a couple days ago- such a great carry...

Yep, somehow forgot to type that part in, nominal 1/8 inch thickness on it:)

I'll take it then. Payment by paypal on the way.
I'll rotate with my small leuku and a few others, I suppose.
I seem to be working on a stockpile of handy-sized knives ;)
