Great Company Response

I wanted to tell everyone that I just completed a transaction with Extrema Ratio knives and it went as smooth as silk, I am telling this just in case anyone has any concerns about shipping or the company in general since things changed a while back (on forums), I hope this is the proper way to inform fellow ER fans, I just felt it was the right thing to do.
I shipped a knife back to the company and the owner himself responded to the E-mails, he advised me when it arrived, and promptly went way beyond what I expected, shipped the knife back to me within about 2 weeks or less. The knife was less than perfect when I sent it in, not any fault of the knife or company, and when I got it back, it was absolutely perfect in every detail. This tells me all I needed to know about all that has been questioned or written in the past year about ER.
I am ONLY telling this just in case anyone had questions or problems of any kind with ER knives. This is the kind of service I like, and I hope it might help someone else. What impressed me the most (besides the knife) was the quick honest and sincere e-mails I got from them. I now have 2 ER-MPCs and they will be passed down to both my boys, now I have to order one for me. :D

That's nice . I emailed a company and finally got a response , SIX WEEKS LATER !!! It's a wonder they stay in business but of course they won't have my business.
