The speed safe on my Kershaw Blur quit working recently. I sent it back to Kershaw with a note explaining the issue and offered to pay for repairs since I did'nt have a reciept (got it at a Gunshow). About a week later I got a brand new Blur in the mail with no charges. I think that is excellent customer service. I think Kershaw is a triple threat 1. Great knives with excellent designs and construction. 2. Very fair prices on mostly made in the USA items 3. Very responsive and generous customer service. I see more Kershaw knives in my collection soon! Like a Leek, outcast, and a Vapor.
