Recently I was in need of a replacement set of thumbstuds for my Extrema Ratio folder. I contacted Extrema Ratio Italy via email asking if I could purchase directly from them. I was surprised to get an immediate response from Maurizio at the factory in Italy. He very graciously offered to mail me a set at no cost! I even offered to pay the shipping fee since these were coming straight from Italy but Maurizio declined my offer. A week later I received not only one, but TWO sets of thumbstuds in a padded envelope from Italy. Total cost to me: ZERO! This is what I call top notch customer service! Many companies right here at home could learn a lot about customer service from Extrema Ratio. Needless to say I will continue to buy Extrema Ratio products in the future.
