Great Customer Service from Kizer Knives

My son and I had swapped around and modded hardware among the three Kizer Intrepids we own between us, one of his two being the Ti frame lock model. I ended up needing new pivot hardware and body screws for my black G10 Vanguard Series knife.

I wrote to Kizer's general email and received a prompt reply from their service department with instructions on ordering what I required. Within the week they shipped the parts I needed for 10 bucks all in and inside of two weeks the package was at my PO all the way from the other side of the world. The parts fit perfectly and the knife is back to original condition. (BTW, the knife is excellent and flips as well or better than some I have costing up to 10 times as much.)

So, many thumbs up (still waiting for more emoticons) to Kizer Customer Service and a big shout-out to Tracy from that department for her prompt and continued responses and her help getting me just what I needed!

It's good to hear. As Kizer (and other Chinese brands) have grown in popularity, there've been increasing numbers of people expressing fears over their CS.
