Great Customer Service from Oldawan Tools (Wicked Edge)

Just wanted to give a hearty Thank You to Bob and Ben at Oldawan Tools. I finally took the Wicked Edge plunge recently, by means of a good deal here on the trade forum. But in the months leading up to it (slow decider here), I'd received lots of excellent advice and great responsiveness from Bob. So naturally, when I decided on my first WE accessories (sets of the extra and extra-extra long arms), I went straight to Oldawan. Ben packed them expertly, shipped them super fast, and followed up every step of the way, including to confirm the package's safe arrival!

I will be doing more Wicked Edge business with Oldawan in the future, that's for sure.

Just received an order from them yesterday with some strops, compound and an angle cube. Shipping was quick, order was correct and emails were sent on every step of the process. I couldn't be happier with their service

Oldawan is my go to for Wicked Edge stuff. They have quickly handled any issues I've ever had without hassle and even send emails to make sure I received my package. Highly recommend.

Ive never had such great customer service as that provided by Oldawan. Ive purchased most of my WE equipment from them and they always ship fast and send personal emails after product is received. These guys deserve 5 stars. And, if something is not right, they correct it.
