I had a Swiss Tool that was several years old. I had used it heavily, but not abused it. Anyway, a few weeks ago I snapped the main blade cleanly while lightly prying a stuck lever on my lawn mower. It was the only blade that would wedge under the stuck part, not necessarily the best! Anyway I sent it off to Victorinox with a letter explaining what happened. In just 10 days UPS dropped off a new (or refurbished to new) SwissTool! The thing is, I had long since lost the original pouch, but Victorinox sent a new one as well. To me, this is outstanding customer service and reflects well on the company. I will continue to use and recommend their products.
