I must commend Knives Ship Free, particularly Tyler in customer service, for taking care of me on a recent transaction. I was initially able to grab one of the Northwoods Michigan Jacks w/ bloodwood covers but it never made it to my mailbox, though being recorded as "Delivered in/at mailbox" by USPS. I contacted customer service at KSF after waiting to see what happened with USPS for a few days and received a prompt response from Tyler. He walked me through the process of getting a replacement and it all went very smoothly. Though the bloodwoods covers were unfortunately sold out, he was able to hook me up with one of the saw-cut red bone versions and I really dig it. Thanks again, Tyler and KSF!

If Tyler ever starts his own business venture (knives or otherwise) he will already have a lot of people wanting to be his customer. He is so sincere and helpful that you immediately stop fretting over what the issue is that brought you into contact with him. This ability and commitment is 'gold' in any business.
I hope KSF gives him a contract so generous that no other business can lure him away because Tyler is a big part of why i so enjoy buying from KSF.
