Great Customer Service

Some companies just get it right. The customer service is amazing at Wicked Edge. Clay called me last week about an issue I had with micro ceramic stones. Clays concern for the quality of his produce is a very high priority for him. We discussed the problem and the photos I had posted. Clay made arrangements to send a new set out to replace the defective stones. On Friday they sent out the new set and when I got home from work today the new set of stone, at my front door. Wow, that is amazing customer service. The staff of Wicked Edge make things happen fast. From New Mexico to Florida Wow. Thank you, Clay and your amazing staff.

I also cannot say enough about how amazing Wicked Edge is with customer service. In my personal experience I can see they definitely prioritize their customers. I had a few things that needed resolving and it was absolutely effortless.
