Great Customer Service

I was moving the clip on my Delica 4 last Monday evening when I stripped a screw. I went to the Spyderco website and clicked contact us and sent an email to warranty service at 7:15 pm eastern time. I received an email response the next day at 10:30 am from Charlynn at Spyderco Customer Service. She sent me three screws. I got them today, no charge, not even for shipping. It just does not get any better than that!
 
Honestly, I have NEVER had as good of customer service as with Spyderco. Close second is benchmade.
I have been waiting three weeks for some screws from Kershaw. Had to send two emails. No biggie, but kind of annoying as I can't carry my knife.
Spyderco ROCKS!!
