I ordered one from knifeswapper on Monday. I am curious to see this knife since I am a big fan of GEC. Not sure when it is due to ship though.

Good stuff! I hope to hear your impressions and maybe a pic or two if possible.

I just ordered the orange one yesterday and I can't wait for its arrival. I have the black one but the orange on has always caught my eye.

They're already shipping an at least one dealer has one....plus what can be seen in the pictures is the tube which the pivot pin is inserted has been stamped with "Red Neck" which is new to this run..

I ordered a couple of the orange one and I'm looking forward to their arrival. I have one of the original Test run Bullnoses that came in orange but have kept it unused due to it's rarity and out of fear of losing it but now I'll have a user to carry. The black bullnose I own gets a lot of pocket time, great knife! I'm looking forward to see what other handle options they will release down the road.

I just purchased an orange one. I missed the initial prototype release and i am glad to have one of these........It will definitely see pocket time.:)

Jim,

Thanks a lot for that pic and the info on the new pivot stamp. I couldn't make out what it was on GEC's site.

Sefseg - I'm not a mod but I know you should ask this stuff in private. I would edit your post.

I don't want to see the thread get locked.

I got the SFO black one and just ordered two red necks from
[an online site] would really love the factory test bright orange ones.

I have one showing up on Monday. Been kinda on a sodbuster tear lately with using my AG Russell Cowboy for everything from fishing to yard work so I am anxious to see how it fares.

I like the new picture they have for the Farm and Field tool branded Bullnose Work knife:

Kind of reminds me of the old red tractor I sat mine down on.

I wonder if this means GEC will do more "Economy" knives under the "Farm and Field Tool" Brand?

Just a beauty of a pic. Cant wait to see how you capture the new moonglow they just put on their site ;)

If you read the last few lines of GEC's Statement/Release, it sure reads like they intend to release a line of knives in their new "Farm & Field" line.

"....................so in the future as we produce more products for this line they will be branded FARM & FIELD TOOL."
