Some of their earlier knives had some problems, but they seem to be getting better.

I'm very happy with my GE Sheffield Tobacco and Tidioute Beaver Tail, really well-finished. I look forward to more models appearing:thumbup:

I bought two of their knives, a Scout and a Pioneer. Fit and finish on both was outstanding, really well made knives.
The Scout came shaving sharp with a nice convex edge, I've used it a lot and I'm very happy with it.
The Pioneer came peanut butter spreading sharp, which sort of pissed me off. I'm fine with a little sharpening on a new knife, but doing major reprofiling and grinding is something I dont enjoy at all. I'm a few thousand kilometers away from the US, otherwise I would have sent this one back to be fixed.
