I'm looking for a edc knife that is ergonomic, reliable, good steel, blade 3"-4", and G-10 if possible. Thanks :)

Shown here, third from the right, to give some scale comparison.

There are mixed feelings about Cold Steel: some question their blade and handle colors, some question their steel choice, some question their marketing (especially their marketing). I have a Mini-Recon, and I'm satisfied with the purchase.

There is no question, they suck..... LOL....

Kershaw skyline, you can get the basic black, brown handle black blade and orange handle from kershawguy, blade hq also has one with a stonewashed blade and red g10 handles. Plenty of options all for less than your budget and it will be tough to beat. 14c28n steal is easy to sharpen and great stain resistance. It is also made in the USA.

Manix 2, if you watch close you can find a new one for $60 on the classifieds and that online auction site, a few online retailers have them new for $80.00 , the skyline is a great suggestion. If you don't have to have the G10, then I second a Delica or Endura, excellent bang for the buck!

Kershaw RAM, Kershaw OD-1.

The RAM has aluminium handles with G10 scales, the OD-1 has G10 on the non-locking side.

Both around 50-60$, both are outstanding general-use knives in my opinion.

Kershaw Leek, Skyline or Blur. See if you can find a store to try them out and see which fits your hand best. Some Walmart stores have their knives in a case, not the clamshells...

It's not g10, however a benchmade mini-griptilian can't be beat for your money.

I've been carrying the bad blood line. I have all 3. Firespitter, spiraling demise, and Harbinger. All Three of them are actually $30 a piece. Sharp, strong, and big. The harbinger is actually the smallest of the 3. It's pretty stout. The Firespitter, this is actually a really big knife. I love it.. Cuts great, sharp. Big. It's really a nice flipper. Then the demise. This one is 4mm thick and has a nice saber grinned. For $90 buck I got 3 hard. Use folders. All 3 of them have G-10, and are descent steels. Pretty much the tenatious steel.
For a strate $60 bucks I went with the cold steel recon tanto... 4 inch super sharp blade. Strong lock. Comfortable g-10 handles. Love it.
