Great Edc knife $60 and under

For EDC you really can't go wrong with the Kershaw Skyline or a Spyderco.
I recommend the Spyderco Native - Excellent s30v steel, nice FRN, Fits the hand well, comfortable in pocket, can handle heavy and light tasks, and is overall just a great all around EDC.
 
I love spyderco but they are pricey, I have a Sog Aegis and a Trident and love them both. You can find thousands of knives on ebay under $60.
 
Well under your limit is the Boker Plus Trance, although it doesn't have G-10, and it's a little less than 3". Despite having a number of more expensive knives, this one usually ends up being my primary knife most of the time. The thumbstud is so well placed that it opens as fast as an automatic without the legal or maintenance hassles.

Failing that, I'd either get an FFG Delica/Endura or shop/trade into a waved Delica/Endura. The FRN will stay grippy longer than G-10 in any case.

Good call, the Spyderco Native makes for a very reliable EDC. I bought one for a good friend who works in a shop and out on the road and is anything but gentle with his knives. At this point its been 4 years of daily use/abuse and he has beaten that thing to hell and back. Cosmetic wear aside, the knife is still just as good as the day he unwrapped it.
 
+1 for the Kershaw Piston, I do love my Lawman though. Great picks, can't go wrong with either one.
