I have bought from Cutlery Shoppe a few times. My experiences have been consistently smooth every time. I got a call once when an item was backordered, and was notified that it was in stock. They asked if I was still interested and provided my payment details over the phone. The woman I spoke with (can't remember her name as I was at work doing a dozen different things at once) was professional and patient with me despite the noise on my end.
