Great experience with Kershaw customer service today.

I had a tension bar break today. I just went to their site and sent in question, not even a request for them to fix it. Within 3 hours I received an email telling me that they had one in the mail headed my way, at no cost. In my mind this is above and beyond.

I just wanted to share this since it was such a positive mark for Kershaw in my book.

Good to hear, never had a problem with any of my kershaws yet, but EDC a Storm II everyday and have about 5 more of them still in packages in case I lose one. Good to know they stand behind them.
