Good Great experience with Lee Valley Tools

I wanted to post this much earlier, but various things interfered.
I ordered a few things as Christmas presents from Lee Valley Tools, specifically from one of their Canadian store just before Christmas.
It seemed that the order will arrive just on time, but there was a slight delay due to the items being shipped from their US warehouse instead from Canada.
Originally I requested the items to be shipped to my workplace, but with the delay my workplace was closed for the holidays by the time it would have arrived.
I asked that the shipment, which was en route, to be redirected to a UPS store nearby and the customer service associates at Lee Valley went above and beyond to make sure I receive the package before the holiday.
I was really impressed with the customer service.

They have a storefront in Kelowna that I like to stop in when I'm there. You can sign up to get the catalogs mailed out still (at least in Canada not sure if they send them anywhere else).
