Great Experience with Will Moon

I forgot to ever post in here. My experience with Will was about a month and a half ago. I posted on Facebook a well used and beat XM-18 for trade. Will responded with an offer for one of his Mk8's.

Since I'm local, he agreed to let me come visit his shop to do the trade. I got to ask any questions and touch any knives in the shop. Extremely professional, extremely involved in what he does as a knifemaker and extremely courteous to me as a customer for allowing me to bother him for half an hour while he had work to do.

I even had a few questions on the knife a few days after getting it home and I've had nothing but prompt responses from him. He and I still chat regularly on Facebook. Great guy to deal with :thumbup:

Since you two are on such good terms, maybe you should try and convince him to make right all the people he screwed in the last few years! Three people coming forward in one day to praise him on a forum that he is known to be scum.....not just happenstance.

You say you "forgot" to post here. So, does that mean that you were "reminded"? So, where did this reminder take place? Was it by email, or was it an Instagram DM or Facebook message? I'm just curious as to who asked you to come stick up for Will. Sounds to me like he's looking for new customers to fleece. Well, dude's not going to find them here.

Will Moon is a fraudster who has stolen money from a lot of people, and when trying to get their money back or the knives they paid for, they would find themselves blocked on Will's Facebook or Instagram. So, yeah, that scumbag's not going to find a warm welcome here, sorry.

Regardless of how I was reminded, that doesn't change the fact that my interaction with him was good. Also, regardless of his past or current dealings he still deserves the feedback when a deal goes good. Can't say it's all bad if it isn't.

Wait, why does he deserve feedback? He's not a member of this community (he's been banned for repeatedly stealing from and defrauding members of this board), so the transaction wasn't done here. So, your feedback is meaningless. And since this was a month ago, thatmakes you a shill for that piece of garbage scumbag, and it's glaringly obvious, so why should we believe anything you, a complete low-post count non-contributer have to say? You're a shill who was sent here to test the waters to see if Will Moon could slide back in to scam more people. Well buddy, that's not gonna go well for him, sorry. :)

I guess you didn't actually read the OP then?

Correct, the deal didn't happen here. But this is still a knife community, no? His knives are still sold and traded here, no? So I'd assume people here would still be interested in interactions with Will since warranty work still may be needed for second hand purchases.


I'm not trying to get into a pissing match with anyone; simply here to provide details on my interaction with Will. I assumed the community would be mature enough to skip the name-calling, but I guess I was wrong.

You seem not to get it. No, no one here wants your positive feedback, especially given that you were sent here to shill for your boy, a known thief and fraudster. Also, it's funny that a shill would speak on maturity. Will Moon is well known here so his knives don't get much traction, and why would they? Customer service? LOL You have as much chance of never seeing the knife OR money again, as anything else. And if you DO get the knife back, it's still broken.

No one here is interested in Will's garbage work, especially if the knife pictured is any indication. There are entirely too many actually honest, stand-up guys here on this forum to do business with instead. Have a nice day. Sorry your mission failed, shill.

You keep saying "no one" but yet there's still Mk8's, Mk10's, Mk7's and Mk6's being sold and traded in the classifieds. It seems as though you only speak for yourself. Anyway, have a good day! I'm sure you have other things to be outraged over.
