Had a scale pop off a Buck folder. I took it to the factory as I hoped it could be a quick fix. They said they would need a day or two and asked for $5 shipping. It beat me home and included a 25% off coupon. No complaints.

I've been waiting to send a Bose knife back to the factory for repair but, yawn, they never break. Maybe if I hit it with a hammer or something, hmmm....

Mine don't break either!! Got a box all ready, with the address on it - - - - - and nothing!!
