I'd like to announce that for about 90 minutes I have been an official Strider owner! The brown van dropped off a ranger green Strider AR at my door this afternoon. What a knife!
I noticed that the handle has two small dents in it, nearly imperceptible and close to one another. I called LA Police Gear, the dealer that sold the knife to me, and after a brief talk with a fellow named Shawn, my card was credited 50.00 dollars to compensate for the flaws. He says that the dents are caused by Strider's failure to use foam peanuts when sending the knives to dealers.
So this message is also meant to let everyone know that LA Police Gear handled the problem in a fair and professional manner. I recommend them to others!
