Nice to see Adam Smith back at the show

My favourites were his “skew point utility knife”

And F1 liner lock folder prototype. The Westinghouse Paper Micarta handle looks absolutely stunning in person. Who would have thought Micarta could look so good…I was sure it was some sort of bone or natural material.

Shout out for Adam, he made my knife after my commission. The type of knife that I asked for is out of his comfort zone with my exigences, yet he was still open and put effort into making it, all while being less expensive than most high quality commercial or semi custom options, and most of them don't meet my criteria. I don't know if he makes a lot of sales, judging from the same knives showing from last year. Nevertheless, I can say with confident that from what I got from him, it is of excellent quality.

I have been using mine for a while with a plastic liner as sheath and tuck it on my vest and backpack. I was too busy this summer to make a proper sheath for it. I switch between the it and the Jaakari puukko, one of the inspiration for my commission, and a few other during this summer.
