Sometimes ago I noticed a crack in the chassi of my Leatherman Charge Ti.
This prevented a full force grip with the pliers.

I thought I would need to get a new one as this was a seven year old hardused Charge.

However I called the LM warranty service here in Stockholm, Sweden.
They said I would get a factory restored replacement.

Today I went to their office and truly, yes I did get a replacement but a Charge Tti with S30V blade!
It is a no questions asked warranty and no need for paperwork.

I just walked away with a Charge that looked completely brand new!
So right now I'm a happy man again, because it's difficult to be without my LM!

I give a Big Thanks to the Leatherman company for this great service!:thumbup::thumbup:

I'll second this. I snapped the pliers on my Squirt S4 a few months back and they replaced it, no questions asked. It had been used well for years too.

Great to know! I'm going to be buying my (just now Air Force enlisted) daughter a multitool. Originally I had planned to go with what I have used for many years, a SOG Powerlock, but I want something a bit lighter for her.

Your experience has pushed me over the edge.

A Leatherman it shall be. :)

I think Your daughter will find good use of the Leatherman!
3 out of our 4 now grown-ups have use for their LM's, so I'm pretty sure she will be satisfied.

I have used LM's since the late 1980'ies and never had a reason to change the choice of brand.
