This looks to be a very useful hunting knife. I don't know 10V steel. Does it behave similarly to S30-V ?

No, it is not like S30V at all. 10V has practically no stain resistance and there is no match for edge retention.

Thanks. I really thought about keeping this one for me and wearing it as a necker. The baby arrived Wednesday. It was a boy and we named him Bennett.
