• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Had to post this because it goes against an old post I had up.

Bought a Buck Lightning (Small, Plain, Pewter). I had to handle three before getting a tight one, but I'm quite impressed now. Been a week of constant using (testing) and still rock-solid. Edge retention is pretty good (but, I had to regrind because i) I dropped it the first day and nicked the tip

and ii) because I have my own specs for sharpening.

Peels fruit great; cuts cardboard easily; basically handles all chores a small knife should. And it's tight! No need to tighten yet (but I can if I need to - a plus there).

The first time I got one, it was a dud. This one is excellent. Anyone needing a good pocket knife, check out a couple of these and get the good one.

Four stars (out of five).

I like the fact you find it necessary to post it after making negative remarks in your previous post. this is THE RIGHT thing to do.
