Great Little Knife

After some convexing today, the WMC decided he needed to kick back a little.

Great little knife. I've worked on the handle and reprofiled the edge to 15 degrees. Now it is my best Busse slicer and a great EDC. Glad I got this knife

Jerry has said many times that Infi sometimes is actually sharper after it is used and then stropped, I do believe he said it is a fine wire on the edge sort of thing. Jerry you correct me if my recollection is off.

Going to test your advice. I have a pretty good edge on it now, but I would actually like it a little sharper. Will use it for a few days and then do some more stropping.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, Gentlehogs, (and I hope I am not, for the little Cultie is growing on me...and that's dangerous) but isn't that knife just a tad to small in grip circumference to fit a hand very well? Are you people just buying 250$ steak knifves?

You hogs are the Rockford Belle's of the knife-buying world. No question. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Here are two quick and blurry pics of the knife in hand. For such a small knife, because of the fairly wide scales and the length of the handle, it fits my hand very well. I have pretty large hands.

Tried to get some good pics of the convex edge.
