Just wanted to say that I had a great customer service experience with Olamic. I bought a new Busker from them three weeks ago. I got the knife and disassembled to clean and lube. When I put it back together I put the pivot in backwards and the I could not get it out, I managed to strip the screw head in the process. Had the knife for three hours and broke it. I emailed Eugene at Olamic and told him what I did. He said stuff happens, send it back and we will fix it.

I sent it back the next day. Today, two weeks later I got it back, they replaced the pivot and reanodized all the hardware to match and gave it a spa treatment.

They charged me exactly zero! Not even return shipping, and this was something that was totally my fault.

This is the kind of stuff that really makes me want to buy another Olamic. I need another $500 knife like I need a hole in the head, but the next one (and there will be a next one) will almost certainly be an Olamic.
 
Eugene is a first class guy. He really ensures his customers are happy everytime. Olamic has been around a while now and ive never heard nor read a bad thing about eugene and crew.
His dad is an exceptional guy as well
