Great Service @ Botach

I've read some negative feedback on Botach, but just received my order in lightening speed. Products were as advertised and at an increadible price. Picked up two of the surefire G2's with 20 batteries for $39.99. Fantastic deal. I know some of you haven't had such luck, but my first experience was excellent.

What has your level of satisfaction been with Botach.com?

My lone experience with them was that they told me they had the knife in stock, yet when I ordered, it was suddenly out of stock. They e-mailed me and wanted me to call them on my dime. I just e-mailed back and cancelled. They then called me twice asking me to pick something else from inventory. Finally in the end, they did acknowledge my cancellation request.
