This post is just to let you guys know about the awesome service I got from Fehrman.
I have been using my EJ for almost 2 years (did a lot of hard use testing). I sent the knife in for sharpening at my local gun shop and asked them to do a razor thin edge for me and obviously that reduced the strength of the edge a bit. To make a long story short, I chipped the edge(2mm x 2mm high about) I'm not gonna go in to details about what I did!!
I sent the knife back to them and in about five days time I got a email from Andy saying that they are sending me a new knife. I'm not sure if thinning out the edge was the cause, but Eric also told me that it might also be from overheating the edge while sharpening the knife.
Anyway! Gr8 service and a gr8 product
