Great service from Texas Knifemakers Supply

I bought some black linen micarta from Texas Knifemakers Supply awhile back. Last week I cut out a couple of scales for a knife order. When I looked closely at the scales and ground into one, I discovered I had been sent black paper micarta.
I personally don't like black paper micarta, and the order was for black linen micarta.
I e-mailed Texas Knifemakers Supply with the problem. They answered right back and said they would send out black linen micarta at no charge to me.
The package arrived today.
I consider that excellent customer service.

My last two orders from them were wrong. They bent over backwards to correct it, but one of the items I needed quickly. They need to find a new parts puller.
They are nice people, but I now buy from other sources.

I highly recommend them too. They were able to get me a 10 inch contact wheel for my Wilton grinder for a fraction of the price, and everything including their service and delivery is top notch.
