Read the thread and I find him guilty as charged.

I vote yes, he definitely deserves the distinct dis-honor of being relegated to the Hall of Shame for his offences.
 
His 59 negative feedback's on the bay in 12 months along with the mentioned thread here cinches a need to put this lad in his rightful place. Unfortunelately it probably won't slow him down any.
